Andy has been actively involved in real estate acquisitions and management since 1990, preparing him to successfully launch Westside in 1998.  Prior to founding Westside, and Veridian,  Andy specialized in real estate acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin  & Jenrette Securities Corporation) in the DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners Group.  Andy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration.  Andy currently serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver.

Martyn began his real estate development career in 1995, Developing Commercial & Industrial property in the United Kingdom for 15 years with Lansbury Holdings and Bowman LTD, before moving to the United States.  Prior to founding Veridian Companies, Martyn was PepsiCo's Global Real Estate Director, where he was responsible for all supply chain real estate for PepsiCo Beverages North America.  Martyn attended college in Florida and previously held positions on the Client Advisory Board for Prologis and also with IAMC's membership recruitment committee.

Andy and Martyn first met when Martyn was site searching for PepsiCo's new Bottling Plant in Denver. Andy had 3500 acres of masterplanned land in the Highpoint area of Denver, close to Denver International Airport, which ultimately became the perfect location and a deal was done. Andy and Martyn forged a friendship from that point on which has flourished. The creation of Veridian Companies partnership was a natural fit.
